You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Tyluna ("the Service"), operated by Tyluna [add corporate suffix once incorporated], [jurisdiction — not yet finalized]. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
You also represent that you are not required to register as a sex offender in any jurisdiction, have not been convicted of a felony involving violence or a sexual offense, and that creating an account does not violate any court order, restraining order, or other legal restriction that applies to you. We do not run background checks — this is a representation you're making, not a guarantee we've verified.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person — impersonating someone else, or creating an account on behalf of someone who hasn't consented, is prohibited.

Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban, at our discretion, with or without notice.
You can report or block another member at any time from their profile or a conversation. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team; we may remove content, restrict, or ban accounts based on what we find. We do not guarantee a specific response time or outcome for any report.
The Service helps you discover and connect with other members, but we don't verify every claim a member makes about themselves and can't guarantee the identity, intentions, or background of anyone you interact with. Read our safety tips before meeting anyone in person, and always meet in a public place for a first meeting.
You retain ownership of the photos, prompt answers, and messages you post, but grant us a license to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service (e.g., showing your profile to other members).
Some features — event tickets and Tyluna+ — require payment, processed through Stripe. Tyluna+ is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the interval and price shown at signup until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Subscriptions page, which hands you off to Stripe's own billing portal; canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Event ticket purchases are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where an event is canceled by us. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future billing periods with notice.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@tyluna.com including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. We may remove or disable access to material in response to a valid notice and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
You may deactivate your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a risk to other members, without refund for any period already paid.
We may add, change, or remove features, or discontinue the Service entirely, at any time. We'll try to give notice for changes that materially affect paid features, but we're not obligated to.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the accuracy of member profiles, the outcome of any match, or the safety of meeting anyone you connect with through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyluna's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including harm arising from interactions with other members.
You agree to defend and indemnify Tyluna against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your content, or your interactions with other members.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
